What Apple publishes
- Show cover art submitted through your RSS feed ranges from 1400 × 1400 to 3000 × 3000 pixels; the primary specification is 3000 × 3000 pixels.
- Accepted file types are PNG or JPG. Artwork cannot contain transparency and should not contain an alpha channel.
- Apple supports only RGB colour images. This tool cannot read a colour profile, so confirm RGB in your editor.
- Episode artwork can be a 3000 × 3000 pixel image.
Apple does not state a maximum file size on these pages, so the file size is shown for reference and is not graded. A passing result confirms only what this page can measure (dimensions, file type, alpha); Apple’s own review still decides acceptance. Re-uploading under the same file name may not refresh cached artwork, so use a new file name for updates.
