Method and limits

Hourly cost is gateways times hours times the hourly rate; 730 hours is the average month (8,760 hours divided by 12). Processing is billed on every GB through the gateway. Internet egress is priced with the same graduated data-transfer tiers as the S3 tool. The diversion line subtracts processing for traffic moved to a gateway endpoint.
