Cloud egress fees, band by band.
Choose a pricing model, enter GB transferred and see the egress fee, effective rate and the cost inside every band.
Egress fee = sum over bands of (GB in band × band rate). Presets: AWS internet out (100 GB free, then $0.09 to $0.05 per GB), CloudFront US, R2 ($0) or a flat rate.

Method and limits
Fees use graduated tiers: only the GB inside each band pay that band's rate. AWS boundaries are 10 TB, 50 TB and 150 TB after a 100 GB free allowance; CloudFront boundaries start at 1 TB free. 1 TB = 1,024 GB.

Frequently asked questions
What are egress fees?
They are charges for data leaving a provider's network to the internet. Providers usually price them per GB in tiers that get cheaper at higher volume.
Why is the effective rate not the headline rate?
Free allowances and cheaper higher bands blend into one average, which this tool shows per GB and per TB.
Which regions are used?
AWS rates are US East (N. Virginia) and CloudFront rates are the United States band. Other regions differ.
Is intra-cloud transfer included?
No. Cross-Region and cross-Availability-Zone transfer have separate rates not modelled here.
