Etsy permits a title of up to 140 characters and currently recommends fewer than 15 words, with the clearest description and important traits first. A listing can use up to 13 tags; each tag can contain up to 20 characters. Etsy allows spaces, letters, numbers, apostrophes, and hyphens in tags, but a tag cannot begin with an apostrophe or hyphen.
