Cloud cost · CDN
CDN bandwidth cost, by transfer tier.
Price monthly CDN delivery from GB transferred and HTTPS requests, then compare it with serving the same GB directly from AWS.
CDN cost = tiered $/GB over the first 1 TB free + HTTPS requests above 10 million × $0.01 per 10,000. Bands: $0.085, $0.080, $0.060, $0.040, $0.030, $0.025, $0.020 per GB.

Method and limits
Transfer is priced with graduated tiers on the United States band (1 TB = 1,024 GB). The comparison line prices the same GB through the AWS internet data-transfer tiers used in the S3 tool. It ignores cache hit ratio, origin fetches and other regions, which have different rates.

Frequently asked questions
How is CloudFront data transfer priced?
The pay-as-you-go page lists graduated United States rates starting with the first 1 TB per month free, then $0.085 per GB for the next 9 TB, falling to $0.020 per GB above 5 PB.
What do HTTPS requests cost?
The page lists $0.0100 per 10,000 HTTPS requests in the United States and includes 10 million HTTP or HTTPS requests per month in the always-free tier.
Does AWS also sell flat-rate CloudFront plans?
The CloudFront pricing page describes a $0/month Free plan with its own allowances. This tool models only the pay-as-you-go rates.
Why compare with direct egress?
It shows the delivery price difference only. A CDN also changes latency, cache hits and origin load, which a bandwidth calculator cannot price.
