Amazon FBA report desk · private local file
Expected versus received, shipment by shipment.
Surface shortages, overages and action-status rows from an inbound performance or shipment-summary export.
Private by design: shipment and SKU rows are processed locally. The tool does not log in, upload documents, contact Amazon, create a case or submit research.
How to find inbound discrepancies
- Download the inbound performance or shipment discrepancy report from Seller Central.
- Choose the file here.
- Press Reconcile units locally and read the queue of shortages and overages.
What the result tells you
For every row the tool subtracts received units from expected units. A positive result is a shortage and a negative result is an overage, and any problem quantities or action statuses in the report are kept beside it. Receiving may still be in progress and units can be reconciled elsewhere, so treat the queue as a list of rows to check before you open a case, not as proof of anything owed.
Your seller data stays local
The tool runs in your browser, inside an isolated frame on this page that has no network access. Your shipment file is read by your own device, so it is not uploaded to TNAADO or anyone else, and nothing is stored. The advertising on this page sits outside the frame and cannot see what you choose. Sales and fee data are commercially sensitive and are not uploaded, stored or transmitted.
- Limits: 15 MB, 50,000 data rows, 200 columns and 50,000 characters per field.
Formula and example
Difference = expected units − received units. Positive values are shortages; negative values are overages. If 120 were expected and 113 received, the queue shows a shortage of 7. Report problem quantities and action statuses are also retained for review.
Limitations and official sources
A difference is not proof of liability or reimbursement eligibility. Receiving can still be in progress, units can be reconciled elsewhere, and Seller Central controls investigation dates and evidence requirements.
