Amazon FBA report desk · private local file

See what the settlement actually charged.

Open a Flat File V2 settlement export and group fee-labelled rows, negative charges and related credits by Amazon’s own amount fields.

Private by design: the CSV or TSV stays in this browser tab. Nothing is uploaded, stored, connected to Seller Central or sent to analytics or advertising.

How to read a settlement fee mix

  1. Download a Flat File V2 settlement report from Seller Central as a CSV or TSV.
  2. Choose the file here and pick a fallback currency in case the report has none.
  3. Press Analyze fee mix locally and read the charges, credits and signed net by Amazon's own amount-type and amount-description labels.

What the result tells you

Settlement reports can run to tens of thousands of rows, which makes the fee lines hard to see in a spreadsheet. Grouping by the labels Amazon already supplies shows which kinds of charge are largest in the period without recreating the Statement View. Separate mixed-currency reports first, because totals are only meaningful in one currency.

Your seller data stays local

The tool runs in your browser, inside an isolated frame on this page that has no network access. Your settlement file is read by your own device, so it is not uploaded to TNAADO or anyone else, and nothing is stored. The advertising on this page sits outside the frame and cannot see what you choose. Sales and fee data are commercially sensitive and are not uploaded, stored or transmitted.

Formula and example

Charges are the absolute value of negative rows; credits are positive rows; signed net is the sum of the selected rows. For example, three rows of −20, −5 and +2 produce 25 in charges, 2 in credits and −23 net.

Limitations and official source

The grouping follows text in the export; it does not claim that every negative amount is an Amazon fee, recreate the Statement View or provide accounting advice. Mixed-currency reports should be separated before interpreting totals.

Official sources, checked 15 October 2026: Amazon’s Settlement Reports documentation says Flat File V2 condenses values into amount-type, amount-description and amount and can use local currency formats. Amazon’s Download payment reports help explains that settlement reports break down transactions for a settlement period.
