Amazon FBA report desk · three private local files
Line up the return, refund and reimbursement.
Match three Amazon exports on order ID plus SKU, then review status counts and SKU-level gaps without exposing order identifiers in the output.
Private by design: order IDs exist only in memory long enough to match rows. They are not rendered, saved, uploaded, logged or sent to analytics.
How to match returns, refunds and reimbursements
- Download the FBA Returns report, the Flat File V2 settlement report and the FBA Reimbursements report for the same period.
- Choose all three files here and pick a display currency.
- Press Reconcile three reports locally and read the match summary and the SKU-level gaps.
What the result tells you
Rows are matched on order and SKU, so you can see which items were returned and refunded, which were returned only and which were refunded only. Order identifiers are used for matching in memory and are never shown. Timing differences, replacements and multi-unit orders create legitimate gaps, so the result is an exception list to investigate, not a claim.
Your seller data stays local
The tool runs in your browser, inside an isolated frame on this page that has no network access. Your three reports is read by your own device, so it is not uploaded to TNAADO or anyone else, and nothing is stored. The advertising on this page sits outside the frame and cannot see what you choose. Sales and fee data are commercially sensitive and are not uploaded, stored or transmitted.
- Limits: 15 MB, 50,000 data rows, 200 columns and 50,000 characters per field.
Matching formula and example
Match key = order ID + SKU. Presence in each report creates statuses such as return + refund, return only or refund only. A return row and two refund amount rows for the same key remain one matched record with the refund amounts summed.
Limitations and official source
Timing differences, replacements, refund-without-return cases, multi-unit orders and report windows can create legitimate unmatched rows. This is an exception queue, not proof of an owed reimbursement and not an automated claim tool.
Official sources, checked 15 October 2026: Amazon’s FBA Returns Report documents order, SKU, quantity, reason and disposition fields; the FBA Reimbursements Report documents itemized reimbursements; and Flat File V2 settlement documentation covers transaction and amount fields.
