Amazon FBA report desk · private local file
Put stranded inventory in deadline order.
Group stranded reasons and move rows with approaching auto-removal dates to the top of a local review queue.
Private by design: the report stays in this tab. No Inventory Loader feed is created, no listing is edited and no action is submitted to Amazon.
How to triage stranded inventory
- Download the FBA Stranded Inventory report from Seller Central.
- Choose the file here.
- Press Build local triage queue and work down the list from the most urgent row.
What the result tells you
Rows are grouped by stranded reason and sorted by the auto-removal date in the report. A date within 14 days is marked urgent, 15 to 30 days is soon and everything else is review. That rule is a desk workflow and not an Amazon policy. The tool does not edit listings, create a feed or submit anything to Amazon.
Your seller data stays local
The tool runs in your browser, inside an isolated frame on this page that has no network access. Your report is read by your own device, so it is not uploaded to TNAADO or anyone else, and nothing is stored. The advertising on this page sits outside the frame and cannot see what you choose. Sales and fee data are commercially sensitive and are not uploaded, stored or transmitted.
- Limits: 15 MB, 50,000 data rows, 200 columns and 50,000 characters per field.
Priority rule and example
Rows with a reported auto-removal date within 14 days are marked urgent; 15–30 days is soon; all others are review. This is a desk workflow, not an Amazon policy threshold. A row due in 9 days sorts above a row due in 25 days.
Limitations and official source
Recommended actions and dates can change. The tool does not validate listing eligibility, alter inventory, upload a bulk fix file or decide whether removal is financially best.
Official source, checked 15 October 2026: Amazon’s FBA Stranded Inventory Report documentation says the report includes recommended actions and lists stranded date, auto-removal date, reason, SKU and quantity fields.
