Amazon FBA report desk · private local file
Turn reimbursement lines into a reason ledger.
Group cash, inventory and total quantities by the reason already supplied by Amazon, with reversal or adjustment rows called out.
Private by design: no report rows leave this tab. The summary displays reasons and SKU-level operational data, not customer names, addresses or contact details.
How to read a reimbursements ledger
- Download the FBA Reimbursements report from Seller Central as a CSV or TSV.
- Choose the file here and pick a fallback currency if the report has no currency column.
- Press Analyze reimbursements locally and read the totals for each reason, with reversals called out.
What the result tells you
Each reason Amazon gave becomes one row showing cash, inventory and total reimbursed quantities, so lost or damaged units and fee corrections are easy to tell apart. Reversal and adjustment rows are flagged rather than hidden. The summary never shows original reimbursement identifiers, and it cannot tell you whether you are owed more; that decision stays in Seller Central.
Your seller data stays local
The tool runs in your browser, inside an isolated frame on this page that has no network access. Your reimbursements file is read by your own device, so it is not uploaded to TNAADO or anyone else, and nothing is stored. The advertising on this page sits outside the frame and cannot see what you choose. Sales and fee data are commercially sensitive and are not uploaded, stored or transmitted.
- Limits: 15 MB, 50,000 data rows, 200 columns and 50,000 characters per field.
Formula and example
Each reason total is the sum of amount-total and the report’s cash, inventory and total reimbursement quantities. A negative amount or a populated original-reimbursement-id is counted as a reversal/adjustment indicator. Example: +40, +20 and −10 under one reason produces a net reported amount of 50 and one reversal indicator.
Limitations and official source
This tool summarizes approved report rows. It cannot detect every inventory event, determine eligibility, file a case, automate a claim or guarantee reimbursement. Review reversals and policy questions in Seller Central.
Official source, checked 15 October 2026: Amazon’s FBA Reimbursements Report documentation describes itemized reimbursements and lists reason, amounts, cash/inventory quantities and original reimbursement fields.
