What WhatsApp expects
WhatsApp's Help Centre says a static sticker should be 512 by 512 pixels and no larger than 100 KB, and its sticker sample repository specifies WebP artwork. This tool fits your whole picture inside a transparent square rather than cropping it, then lowers the WebP quality only as far as it needs to in an attempt to meet the size cap.
It does not add the optional white outline, remove backgrounds, build sticker packs or handle animated stickers. A file that passes the technical checks can still be refused for content, rights or pack structure, and the rules can change, so check the current WhatsApp guidance before you publish a pack.
Your image is not uploaded
The tool runs in your browser, inside an isolated frame on this page that has no network access. Your file is read and written back by your own device, so it is not uploaded to TNAADO or anyone else, and nothing is stored. The advertising on this page sits outside the frame and cannot see what you choose.

It does not add the optional white outline, remove a background, build a sticker pack, or process animated artwork. A passing file can still be rejected for content, rights, pack structure or a changed platform rule.

Does this convert animated stickers?
No. Animated PNG or WebP input is refused. There is no GIF, video, FFmpeg or first-frame conversion path.
Does my sticker leave this device?
No. The browser decodes and re-encodes the selected image in this tab. There is no network upload, storage or analytics code in the isolated tool frame.
