New Brunswick nurse search.
The Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB) is now the College of Nursing of New Brunswick. Its website links to a public “Search a nurse” directory. This guide explains where it is and what we could and could not confirm.
Use the official register for the answer: The CNNB directory is the source. This page does not look anyone up and cannot confirm registration.
CNNB and the former NANB
The NANB website states that the association “is now the College of Nursing of New Brunswick,” and its pages and addresses still use both names. The “Search a nurse” and “Check Nurse Status” links on those pages open the public directory above; the directory itself was unavailable to us (HTTP 503) when we last tried, so we could not confirm its search fields.
We found no published registration-number format on the CNNB pages, so this guide does not describe one. If the directory is down, try again later or contact CNNB using the details on its website.
Open the official register
CNNB’s pages describe the directory as a way to check a nurse’s status and request verification of registration. This guide cannot describe what each result shows; read it on the directory itself.
Why you would check a nurse’s registration in New Brunswick
New Brunswick employers and the public use the directory to check status. Formal verification of registration for another regulator is requested through CNNB’s portal, not through a public search.

Frequently asked questions
Is NANB the same as CNNB?
NANB’s website says it is now the College of Nursing of New Brunswick (CNNB).
What does a CNNB registration number look like?
We found no published format or check digit. Only the directory can show whether a number matches a registrant.
What can I search for in the CNNB directory?
The directory itself shows its search fields. We could not load it when checking, so this guide does not list them.
Can this page confirm a nurse is registered?
No. It queries nothing. Use the CNNB directory.
Guide only — not a verification tool
This page is an independent guide that links to CNNB’s official register. TNAADO is not affiliated with the regulator. It does not check anyone’s registration, implies no official verification, and nothing you might type here is transmitted anywhere. Use the official register to confirm a nurse is currently registered.
