Amazon FBA report desk · private local file

Find the age tiers costing you now.

Summarize units and charges by the surcharge age tier already recorded in Amazon’s report. No universal rate card is embedded.

Private by design: parsing happens locally. The report is not uploaded, retained, advertised against or sent to analytics.

How to summarise aged inventory surcharges

  1. Download the aged inventory or long-term storage charge report for one month from Seller Central.
  2. Choose the file here and pick a fallback currency.
  3. Press Summarize surcharge locally and read the units and charges for each age tier.

What the result tells you

The summary adds up the quantity charged and the amount charged for every surcharge age tier in the report, so you can see which tiers cost the most right now. It does not carry a rate card of its own and it does not forecast future charges. Use it as a starting point when you decide which inventory to remove, liquidate or discount.

Your seller data stays local

The tool runs in your browser, inside an isolated frame on this page that has no network access. Your report is read by your own device, so it is not uploaded to TNAADO or anyone else, and nothing is stored. The advertising on this page sits outside the frame and cannot see what you choose. Sales and fee data are commercially sensitive and are not uploaded, stored or transmitted.

Formula and example

For each age tier, the tool calculates units = sum(qty-charged) and charge = sum(amount-charged). If two SKU rows in one tier show 8 and 12 units with charges of 16 and 30, that tier totals 20 units and 46 in report currency.

Limitations and official source

This is a report summarizer, not a forecast. Store availability and fields vary; generated charge reports should use the correct period. It does not decide whether inventory should be removed or promise avoided fees.

Official source, checked 15 October 2026: Amazon’s FBA Long Term Storage Fee Charges Report documents qty-charged, amount-charged, surcharge-age-tier and rate-surcharge and says the report period should equal one month.
