How the word finder works
The finder checks every word in the ENABLE list against your rack: each letter of the word must come from a tile on the rack, and a blank (?) can stand for any one letter. Unless you tick "Must use every tile", words may use only some of the tiles. The score shown is the sum of the standard English tile values of the tiles used, with blanks counted as 0 and no premium squares, so it is a ranking aid and not your final board score. Worked example
The rack "retain?" (six letters and a blank) with "Must use every tile" ticked finds 53 seven-letter words, the highest-ranked being anestri 6, antired 6, antsier 6 (tile value). Seven-tile plays earn the 50-point bonus described in the Scrabble rules.
Limits
The list does not know your board, so it cannot tell you where a word fits or which crossing words it forms. Official Scrabble dictionaries differ by country and edition, and other apps use their own lists, so always check a word against the dictionary your game or tournament requires. Results show up to 2000 words.

We could not find a licence statement on either page, so this is a general-purpose word list, not an official ruling for any game: Scrabble tournaments, Collins and other apps accept different words.

How do blank tiles work in the word finder?
Type a question mark for each blank. A blank can stand for any single letter, scores zero in the ranking, and lets the finder list words that need one more letter than your rack has.
Is every word listed valid in my game?
Not necessarily. The tool uses the ENABLE word list, and Scrabble tournament lists, Collins and other apps accept different words. Check a word against the dictionary your game uses before playing it.
Does this tool send my rack anywhere?
No. The word list is loaded into your browser and the search runs locally. Nothing you type is uploaded.
