What this check can and cannot tell you
The European Commission defines an EORI as a two-letter issuing-country code followed by a unique identifier of up to 15 alphanumeric characters. This page checks that shape and recognises EU prefixes. It does not confirm that customs issued the number, that the operator consented to publication, or that the record is active.
Use the official lookup for the live answer
The official EORI validation service is the source of truth for a published name, address, or validity result. It may ask you to confirm the issuing country and may not return records whose holder has not consented to public disclosure.
Privacy: the format check runs in your browser. The value is not sent to TNAADO.
