What the register covers
- Member Directory — CPA Manitoba members and their city or town of practice or employment. Suspended and former members are excluded.
- Public practice — the member directory does not say whether a member is permitted to engage in public practice; use the Firm Directory to find a CPA firm.
- Firm Directory — firms registered with CPA Manitoba that are in good standing, filterable by name, city, services or size. Services listed are only those regulated by CPA Manitoba; suspended and former firms are excluded.
- Discipline — the directories do not give the outcome of investigations or disciplinary proceedings; CPA Manitoba points to its Complaints and Discipline page.

What a Manitoba listing does and does not tell you
A listing in the member directory shows that CPA Manitoba currently lists the person as a member. It does not tell you whether they may sign off on public accounting work, and many members listed do not provide services to the public. For a firm offering services to clients, use the Firm Directory.
