What the register covers

  • Find a CPA Member — a listing of active CPA Saskatchewan members. Active and Conditional members are shown as in good standing; Restricted members are not.
  • Former members are searched separately and are not in the main directory. Candidates and students are not listed; the page says to contact the Registrar about them.
  • Licence types — Comprehensive, Specified and Compilation. Only CPAs offering assurance or compilation engagements to the public, through a registered and licensed firm, must hold a licence; many listed members do not serve the public.
  • Discipline — CPA Saskatchewan publishes discipline decisions and regulatory notices on separate pages, and members of the public can ask in writing about a registrant’s public record of discipline or restriction.

Directories are the regulator’s own and can lag; being listed does not by itself guarantee good standing. Contact the regulator to confirm status.

Member vs licence

Being a CPA Saskatchewan member and being licensed to provide assurance or compilation engagements are different things. The directory page itself says it does not confirm a licence. If you are hiring someone for an audit, review or compilation, ask the firm which licence it holds and confirm with CPA Saskatchewan.

Use of the directory

CPA Saskatchewan states the directory is its property and must not be used for any commercial, marketing or fundraising purposes, and that it does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. This page does not copy or reproduce any register data.
