Method and sources
Method: cubic feet = length × width × height (inches) ÷ 1,728; monthly fee = cubic feet × the rate for the storage period. Walmart's rates are based on 30 days of storage. Each run uses one rate; if inventory crosses from the first period into a later one, calculate each stretch separately. Walmart does not list a separate peak surcharge for items stored beyond 365 days, so none is added there.

No. Storage is billed separately from the fulfillment fee and from the referral fee.
