Method and sources
Method: profit = item price + shipping charged − referral fee (on the total sales price) − WFS fulfillment fee − storage − product cost − seller shipping − advertising − other costs. WFS mode uses the same weight, size and fee rules as the fulfillment and storage calculators. Returns, taxes, New-Seller Savings and promotions are not included.

FAQ
How do I calculate profit on Walmart Marketplace?
Subtract the referral fee, any WFS fulfillment and storage fees, your product cost, shipping if you fulfill yourself, advertising and other costs from the total sales price. This calculator does that per order.
Are WFS fees on top of the referral fee?
They are separate line items. Walmart's WFS cost estimator covers the fulfillment fee, referral fee, prep and storage fees together for a Walmart-fulfilled item, and this calculator adds them all.
Does this include returns?
Not in the per-order figure. Use the WFS return fee calculator to see what a return costs, then deduct your expected return rate times that amount.
Is Walmart cheaper than Amazon for sellers?
It depends on category, size and price. Use the Walmart vs Amazon comparison with your own Amazon fee estimate to check one product.
Do Walmart seller promotions change the result?
Walmart runs referral-fee incentives and new-seller offers. They are not modelled here because eligibility changes; enter a lower figure under other costs if you qualify.
