Brand deals
Brand deal rate card calculator.
Turn average views and the CPM you want into a per-video rate, layer on the extras brands ask for, and make sure the result never drops below the minimum you will accept.
Per video = views / 1,000 x CPM x engagement multiplier x (1 + usage + exclusivity + rush), less any batch discount, never below your floor. 25,000 views at a $22 CPM is $550.00 before extras; a package of 3 comes to $1,930.50.

Worked example
25,000 average views at a $22 CPM: 25 x 22 = $550.00 per video (this is the worked example a vendor publishes for the method; the CPM here is your input). Adding a 30% usage uplift gives $715.00. For a package of 3, a 10% batch discount brings each video to $643.50. That clears the $300 floor, so the package is $1,930.50.
Floor check: 8,000 views at a $20 CPM is $160.00. With a $300 minimum, the quote is raised to $300.00 and the floor line says so.
How it works
The CPM method prices a sponsored video like an ad buy: how many thousands of views you expect times the price per thousand you charge. It is a transparent way to explain a rate, but it only works if your average views are real and recent, so use the median of your last several videos rather than your best one.
The engagement multiplier lets you nudge the base up or down when your audience engages more or less than usual; leave it at 1 if you do not want to use it. Usage, exclusivity and rush are added as percentages of the base, then the batch discount applies when you deliver more than one video. The floor is applied last per video.
This extends the influencer sponsored post rate calculator, which prices from followers and engagement. Here the pricing is from views and a CPM, and the extras mirror what brands put in briefs. Vendor tools publish their own CPMs and tier ranges that conflict with each other; none is used here as a rate.
Results vary. This model uses the assumptions you type in; it is not a prediction, a quote anyone has agreed to, or a promise of earnings. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent or stored.
Methodology
base = avgViews / 1000 x CPM x engagementMultiplier (a multiplier of 0 is treated as 1); withUplift = base x (1 + usage% + exclusivity% + rush%); perVideo = withUplift x (1 - batch%) when deliverables is above 1; quoted = max(perVideo, minFee); total = quoted x deliverables. Zero views, zero CPM, fewer than 1 deliverable, negative values and a batch discount of 100% or more are rejected.

FAQ
How do I calculate a brand deal rate?
One widely used method is average views divided by 1,000, times the CPM you want to charge. This calculator then adds usage, exclusivity, rush and a batch discount, each as a percentage you set.
What CPM should I charge?
That depends on your niche, your audience and what the brand values, and published ranges conflict. Enter the CPM you want and test how the rate changes.
What does the floor do?
The floor is the lowest fee per video you will accept. If the calculated rate is lower, the calculator raises it to the floor and tells you.
Is the 22 dollar CPM example a recommendation?
No. It comes from a worked example on a vendor page and is only here to show the method. The default is an input you should replace.
How is this different from the sponsored post rate calculator?
That page starts from followers and engagement. This one starts from views and CPM, and adds the add-ons brands commonly request.
