Shopify return financials can include refunds, return shipping fees, restocking fees, exchange value and restocking after inspection. This calculator does not reproduce Shopify’s order calculation. It gives you a separate operating-cost scenario using your actual amounts. A recovery value can represent resale proceeds, liquidation proceeds or another consistent recovery basis; label it consistently in your records.
