Enter the professional’s name or licence number as shown on their credentials.
Review the record for status and registration information.
Be cautious of unsolicited requests for licence details: OP’s own site warns about suspicious communications and tells you to contact OP directly to confirm.

No public check-digit formula exists for these licence numbers, so there is nothing to validate offline: a number that looks right proves nothing until the regulator’s record confirms it.
