Worked example

A channel with 30 followers, 5 hours streamed over 4 days and an average of 3 viewers on 3 of those days meets four of the five checks: it is short by 1 day at the viewer average. It would not have met the earlier criteria, which needed 50 followers, 8 hours and 7 days.

How it works

Twitch's blog post dated 13 May 2026 gives a table of the old and updated Affiliate requirements: streaming time 8 hours down to 4, streaming days 7 down to 4, viewership an average of 3 concurrent viewers (now on 4 different days), and followers 50 down to 25. The post says the change came in early June, so confirm the current figures on Twitch's Affiliate help article before relying on this page.

This is a self-check, not a status lookup. Twitch tracks real progress under Achievements in your Creator Dashboard and decides eligibility; the tool does not connect to Twitch or any account.

Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is sent or stored.
