How these tools work
Lookups call the official public service directly from your browser: the FDA's openFDA API for recalls and the US National Library of Medicine's RxNav and Clinical Tables services for drug and lab codes. Only the text you type is sent to those services; TNAADO does not receive or store it. Unit converters are plain arithmetic using published molar masses and the ADAG and IFCC A1c equations, and nothing leaves your browser.
These tools identify products, codes and units. They do not diagnose, interpret results, recommend doses or give treatment advice, and recall records can lag the announcement. Ask a clinician or pharmacist about your own results or medicines.
