Manitoba Insurance Council licensee search.
The Insurance Council of Manitoba (ICM) runs a public Licensee Search for agents, brokers and adjusters. This page explains the filters and links to it; it checks nothing itself.
Short answer: use the ICM Licensee Search to find a currently licensed agent/broker or adjuster; the page returns only the first 200 results, so narrow your search.
What the Licensee Search offers
ICM describes itself as the regulatory body responsible for the licensing and discipline of insurance agents, brokers and adjusters in Manitoba. Its search page says: “To find a currently licensed agent / broker or adjuster enter search criteria in one or more fields.”
You choose Agent or Adjuster, then can filter by last name, first name, city, insurance class (adjuster, general, life, accident and sickness, aviation, automobile, hail, marine, restricted insurance agent), licence class and licence entity. Clicking the arrow at the start of a result row opens the licensee details.

ICM also lists a separate Agency and Sponsor Search. Per the search page, only the first 200 results are returned; if nothing appears, check spelling and search conditions.
Licence types ICM lists
On its site ICM names these licence categories: General Insurance Agent, General Agent/Broker, Life Insurance Agent, Life and Accident & Sickness, Insurance Adjuster, Hail Agent and Adjuster, and Restricted Insurance Agent (incidental sale of insurance). The search page also offers adjuster levels (Level 1 assistant through Level 3) and an adjusting firm licence.
Contacting ICM
ICM lists 204-988-6800, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and an office at 466-167 Lombard Avenue, Winnipeg.

Guide only — not a verification tool
This page describes the official register and links to it. It does not check anyone’s licence status, does not copy or proxy the register, and nothing you might type here is transmitted anywhere. Registers change; use the official source linked above and contact the regulator to confirm anything that matters.
