How this is calculated
Fuel used = distance ÷ efficiency (converted to a common unit system first). L/100km ↔ MPG (US) uses the standard constant 235.215 ÷ value, derived from the exact definitions of the mile (1.609344 km) and the US liquid gallon (3.785411784 L). Real-world consumption varies with driving style, load, terrain, and weather, so treat this as an estimate.
