Fiverr's buyer's guide on its community blog says the platform keeps 20% of all transactions, tips included, and its Pro freelancer help article tells sellers to factor the 20% commission into their prices. Fiverr's payment help article separately describes a buyer service fee of 5.5% of the purchase, with $3.50 added to orders under $200.
