Where the numbers come from

Part weights come from BrickLink catalogue entries and the sampling method from a Eurobricks thread. Stud spacing and brick heights come from the LDraw.org file format specification, which calls its real-world figures approximations. Price per piece follows the way Brickset shows it on set pages.
