The tools are free, and provided as-is
You may use every tool on this site for personal or commercial purposes, at no cost, without attribution and without an account. In exchange, they are provided without warranty of any kind (express or implied) including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that a tool is available, correct, or that it will still exist next month.
Estimates, not advice
The calculators produce estimates. This is the important clause on this page. Mortgage, tax, payroll, investment and business calculators here are built against published rules and are tested, but they are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and they do not account for your particular circumstances. Rates, brackets, thresholds and program rules change, sometimes mid-year and sometimes retroactively.
Do not make a financial decision on the strength of a number from this site alone. Confirm it with a professional who is accountable for the advice, or with the relevant authority: the Canada Revenue Agency, your provincial land registry, your lender.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNAADO Inc is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or any output it produces. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is nothing.

You keep all rights to anything you enter into a tool. Because that data is processed in your browser and not sent to us, we acquire no rights in it and could not use it if we wanted to.

The design, written explanations and source of this site are the property of TNAADO Inc. You are welcome to link to any page, quote a passage with attribution, and use the calculated results however you like. Wholesale copying of the pages or bulk automated scraping of the site is not permitted.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, and do not attempt to disrupt it for other people: automated request floods, scraping at volume, or probing for vulnerabilities. Rate limiting is in place and abusive traffic is blocked.
Third-party links and advertising
Pages carry advertising and link to other sites. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
