How it works

On-device: every icon is drawn with the Canvas API in your browser. Your logo is never uploaded to a server.
favicon.ico is a real multi-resolution icon (16/32/48px) built as PNG-compressed frames, the format every browser since Vista actually reads.
Apple touch icon gets your chosen background color filled edge-to-edge (cropped to fill, not letterboxed) — iOS composites a transparent icon onto a black square, which is the most common favicon-generator bug.
Maskable icon (Premium) keeps your logo inside the central 80% safe zone with a full-bleed background, so Android's adaptive-icon mask doesn't crop your logo.
