Make a PDF from JPG images

Match-image mode keeps each image's stored width and height without adding margins. Letter and A4 modes fit each image inside a consistent paper size without stretching it. Images are never upscaled, so the tool does not invent detail that is not present.

Photo orientation: the PDF uses the JPG's stored pixel orientation. If a photo relies only on an EXIF rotation flag and previews sideways, normalize it with the image format converter before creating the PDF.
