Ontario · Condominium Management Licensing
CMRAO condo manager licence lookup.
The Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO) keeps a public registry of licensed condominium managers and condominium management provider businesses. This page explains it and links you to it.
Short answer: search the CMRAO public registry by name or licence number, choosing Condominium Manager or Condominium Management Provider (Company). This page checks nothing itself.
What the CMRAO registry contains
CMRAO says its public registry contains information on condominium managers and condominium management provider businesses licensed to provide condominium management services in Ontario. You can search by name or licence number, choose a category (Condominium Manager or Condominium Management Provider (Company)), and must complete a CAPTCHA. Searches must be at least two characters long.
CMRAO also says licensees must keep their information accurate and current.
Open the CMRAO public registry
The registry form is on CMRAO’s site, so the CAPTCHA and search run there, not on this page.
When to check a condo manager
Typical reasons: a unit owner or board checking a manager or management company, or a buyer confirming who manages a building before purchasing.
Not the same as real estate or mortgage licensing
Condo managers are licensed by CMRAO; real estate salespeople are registered with RECO and mortgage brokers are licensed by FSRA. See the related pages.

Guide only — not a verification tool
This page describes the official register and links to it. It does not check anyone’s licence status, does not copy or proxy the register, and nothing you might type here is transmitted anywhere. Registers change; use the official source linked above and contact the regulator to confirm anything that matters.
