How the dates are worked out

Each date is your last visit date plus a whole number of months (1 x interval, 2 x interval and so on), counted from the original date so a short month does not push later dates earlier. If the day does not exist in the target month it moves to the last day of that month.

Worked example. Last visit 15 October 2026 with a 4-month interval: next visit 15 February 2027, 123 days after 15 October 2026. From 30 November 2027 with a 3-month interval the dates are 29 February 2028 and 30 May 2028. From 31 January with a 1-month interval: 28 February, 31 March, 30 April, 31 May.

The BOTOX Cosmetic prescribing information states the safety and effectiveness of dosing more frequently than every 3 months have not been clinically evaluated, so the tool shows the 3-month date when you enter a shorter interval. Your clinician sets your schedule.

FAQ

When should I book my next Botox appointment?

Ask your clinician. This calculator only adds the months you enter to your last visit date. The BOTOX Cosmetic label says dosing more often than every 3 months has not been clinically evaluated.

How do I work out 3 months from a date?

Add 3 to the month. If the day does not exist in that month it becomes the last day of the month. The calculator handles this.

Can I use it for fillers?

Yes. Enter the touch-up interval your clinician gave you.

Why do the dates not drift?

Every date is counted from your last visit, not from the previous result, so 31 January plus 2 months is 31 March, not 28 March.

Is anything stored?

No. The date stays in your browser.
