The rules this checks
- Title: up to 100 characters; the characters < and > are not allowed.
- Description: up to 5,000 bytes (UTF-8), not characters, so accented letters, non-Latin scripts and emoji use more than one byte each. The characters < and > are not allowed.
- Tags: up to 500 characters in total. Commas between tags count, and a tag containing a space is treated as quoted, so its two quotation marks count too (
Foo-Baz= 7,Foo Baz= 9). - Counting choice: the documentation does not define “character”; this tool counts Unicode code points. Treat results near a limit as approximate and confirm in YouTube.
