Validation report

Paste or choose a sitemap, then validate it locally.

Core protocol checks

The validator checks urlset and sitemapindex roots, the official namespace, well-formed core markup, fully qualified HTTP(S) locations, duplicate locations, single-host consistency, W3C lastmod dates and future dates, priority/changefreq values, and the 50,000-entry / 50 MiB uncompressed limits.

Google says it ignores priority and changefreq, so valid values are reported as informational rather than optimization advice. This version does not fetch listed URLs, test HTTP status, translate Search Console network errors, or deeply validate image/news/video extension schemas.
