How it works
- Why tables: Outlook on Windows renders HTML email with Microsoft Word's engine, not a browser engine. Word ignores flexbox, CSS grid, and most modern layout CSS, but it has always understood HTML tables -- so that's what this generates.
- Inline styles only: every style is inlined on the element itself rather than in a <style> block, since many email clients strip head styles entirely.
- Copy as HTML, not plain text: use the Copy HTML button, then paste into your email client's signature editor (most accept rich paste; if yours only accepts plain text, use the raw code with the "Import HTML signature" option instead).
Free vs Premium
Free gives you the Classic stacked layout. Premium unlocks two more layouts, a custom accent colour, and social links.
