Worked example
A 10-day trip with 2 wears a day, 3 sprays a wear and 0.1 ml a spray uses 10 x 2 x 3 x 0.1 = 6 ml. With a 25% margin that is 6 x 1.25 = 7.5 ml, so a 10 ml travel atomizer covers it. Your 100 ml bottle is at the TSA carry-on container limit of 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters), so it can go in the quart bag, but it takes up most of the bag's room.
How it works
ml needed = days x wears per day x sprays per wear x ml per spray x (1 + margin). The atomizer is the smallest of 2, 5, 10, 15, 30, 50 or 100 ml that holds it. Carry-on check: container at or under 100 ml. Checked check: container at or under 500 ml. The FAA limit, quoted on the TSA perfume page, caps the total of restricted toiletries in checked baggage at 2 L per person.
What this is not. These are US TSA rules; other countries and airlines differ. ml per spray is an assumption you should measure.

FAQ
Can I bring perfume in a carry-on?
Yes, if each container is 3.4 oz (100 ml) or less and it fits in your quart-size bag of liquids. TSA's perfume page lists carry-on bags as allowed at 3.4 oz / 100 ml or less.
Can I put perfume in a checked bag?
TSA lists checked bags as allowed, with FAA limits: each container up to 500 ml and a 2 L (68 fluid ounces) total of such toiletries per person.
How many ml of perfume do I need for a week?
At 2 wears a day, 3 sprays and 0.1 ml a spray, 7 days uses 4.2 ml; with a 25% margin that is about 5.3 ml, so a 10 ml atomizer is enough.
Does a half-empty 100 ml bottle count as 100 ml?
TSA's rule is stated by container size, so a 100 ml container counts as 100 ml whatever is left inside. Check with your airline if unsure.
