Wise fee calculator.
Enter what you send, the provider's fees and the rate it offers. See what lands in the other account, the effective exchange rate and the real cost against the mid-market rate.
Recipient gets = (amount sent - fees) x rate offered - bank deductions. Sending 1,000 with a 2 fixed fee and 0.5% fee at 1.29 against a 1.30 mid-market rate lands 1,280.97, 19.03 (1.46%) short of the 1,300.00 a fee-free mid-market conversion would give.

Worked example
Worked example. Send 1,000 with a 2 fixed fee and a 0.5% fee, so 7.00 in fees. The remaining 993.00 converts at 1.29 for 1,280.97. At the 1.30 mid-market rate 1,000 would be worth 1,300.00, so the transfer costs 19.03 or 1.46% in total, of which 0.77% is the rate markup. If the same fee were charged on top, the full 1,000 would convert for 1,290.00 and you would pay 1,007.00 in all.
How it works
Fee. fee = fixed fee + amount sent x percentage fee. If the fee is taken from the amount sent, only (amount - fee) is converted. If it is charged on top, the full amount is converted and you pay amount + fee.
Received. received = amount converted x rate offered - any bank deduction. The cost against mid-market compares that with amount sent x mid-market rate, which is what the same money would be worth with no fee and no markup. The effective rate is received / total you pay, so it folds the fee and the markup into one number you can compare between providers.
Fees and rates differ by currency pair, payment method, amount and country, so this page ships example numbers only. Copy the figures for your own transfer from the provider's pricing page, listed below, and check them against the quote shown before you confirm. This page is not affiliated with Wise, PayPal, Payoneer or any bank. Their names appear only to say which fee schedules you can copy numbers from.

FAQ
How do I work out what the recipient will actually get?
Subtract the fees from the amount sent if they are taken from it, multiply the rest by the rate the provider offers, then subtract any fee a bank deducts in transit. This calculator does those steps and shows the effective rate.
What is the mid-market rate and why compare against it?
It is the rate midway between what buyers and sellers of a currency pay. It has no markup in it, so the gap between it and the rate you are offered is a fee that does not show up on the fee line.
Does this show Wise's actual fees?
No. It does not fetch or assume any provider's fees. You enter them from the provider's own pricing page, which keeps the result honest when fees change.
Why can the amount received differ from the quote?
Rates move, and some transfers pass through intermediary banks that deduct a fee. Use the bank deduction field if you know of one, and treat the provider's confirmed quote as the final word.
