Yukon gives two weeks of vacation and 4% vacation pay for every year of completed work, and that does not change with length of service.
Yukon is the only jurisdiction in Canada with no step-up — there is no three-week or 6% tier at any point. Vacation pay starts accruing after 14 days of continuous employment.

Yukon is the only Canadian jurisdiction with no long-service step-up: it is a flat two weeks and 4% however long you stay. The employer must grant the vacation within ten months after you complete a year of employment, and vacation pay must be paid no later than one day before the vacation is taken. Vacation time is extended by one day for each general holiday falling within it. Members of the employer’s family are entitled to neither vacation pay nor vacation time.

Every province and both other territories move to three weeks and 6% at some point, from three years in Quebec to fifteen in Newfoundland and Labrador. Yukon has no such tier.
When must Yukon vacation be given and paid?
The employer must grant the vacation within ten months after you complete a year of employment, and vacation pay must be paid no later than one day before the vacation is taken.
If employment ends before your first year is complete, all earned vacation pay is due within seven days.
What if a holiday falls during my Yukon vacation?
Your vacation time is extended by one day for each general holiday falling within it.
