What counts as landed cost here?
Landed cost is the supplier cost plus the inbound freight, insurance, and the duty or other import fees you enter. Retail contribution cost then adds fulfillment and the payment fee on the discounted selling price.
Taxes, storage, returns, ad spend, fixed overhead, and currency conversion are not silently assumed. Add them to the relevant input or treat this as a per-unit contribution view.
